Not Posting Much

 Hello Everyone,

I have not posted much on this blog lately.  I believe I have accomplished my goal in posting here, showing the direct results of living this Old Mormon Way.  I am often questioned why I get these results, and why others do not.  This is no mystery.  I get these results because I live this doctrine.  The results are inextricably attached to this particular doctrine.  Anyone who lives this doctrine will have these results.  The bottom line always reveals the truth.  Anyone who lives this doctrine will know of the truth of this doctrine, because they will get the results promised in scripture.  Since the posts here on this blog reveal this testimony over and over again, I have accomplished my goal of revealing the bottom line on this blog.  My testimony is found in the results.

This is my second blog, and, just like the first blog, it has run it's course.  I may post again on this blog, but only time will tell.

Have a Great day!
And, May God Bless You!!!

I Have An Excuse!

Father is trying to teach us the immutable laws of cause and effect, which He has discovered. It is up to us if we want to follow them or not!

Evil As A Joke

How many times have we seen someone steal something small from someone else, then get caught and laugh, and say it was just a joke?  How many times have we heard someone say something that was not true, gossip or spread rumours or a lie, and then laugh when the other person fell for the deception?  It was only a joke right?

As a young man, I remember the other boys would sneak up and hit someone from behind and laugh, and those same boys would get angry when the victim of their “joke” would defend.  I remember the young women who would say terrible insults about another young woman, and then would get angry and say worse things when their victim cried at their “joke.”

I remember it got even worse, when the young women or young men would “joke” around with sexual touching against those who did not consent to be touched, and when taken to the authorities, the perpetrators would just claim it to be a “joke.”

As a case worker for the prison system, there were lots of people doing the same thing in prison, where beating people was just a “joke.”  Molesting and raping people was just a “joke.”  Where do we draw the line?  After all, it is the exact same principle of using evil as a joke, just different degrees of it.  No matter the degree, it is still all on the side of evil.

Are these wicked things really a joke, or are they just another form of evil?  And if these perpetrators are really, “not all that bad,” then why do they have to use evil to joke?  Why the bullying and manipulation?  It is quite obvious; they are just evil.

Next comes the “You can’t judge me” line.  Of course this is only a one-way line, since the perpetrators are judging their victims, and extending out a measurement against their victims.  This is of course hypocritical, but nevertheless, a strategy of the wicked.

And let us not forget about the “I have repented” excuse.  Well, if you have repented, you would have stopped the sin, would you not?  After all, the scripture says, “he will confess it and forsake it.”  If you have not went to the folks involved and confessed, and forsook the crime, then you have not repented.  If you have not left your gift at the altar, and first been reconciled with the person who you have “joked”, then you have not repented according to the teachings in the scriptures.

All this aside, perhaps there is something in the fact that some people are so wicked that they use wickedness for jokes, and cannot seem to find enjoyment in righteousness!

Heavenly Father does not use evil to “joke” with others.  The angels in heaven do not prank people with evil.  Those who use evil as a joke will not find acceptance in heaven either.

The better option is to get rid of all evil, to stop finding joy in evil jokes and evil behaviour, and find joy in goodness.  Emulate the Saviour, and find joy in doing good to others!

Emulation As A Form Of Worship

Since the Lord said "Follow Me,"  revealing emulation as His desired form of worship, then how we behave reveals if we truly worship Him or not.  In fact, how we behave reveals the God we worship.

The Lord's worship of the Father was one of emulation, considering the statement, "The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise."

So then, since believe is actually to do, if we do not emulate the Son, then not only do we not believe in Him, but clearly we do not worship Him; nor do we worship the Father, whom the Son emulated.

The question remains, if we do not worship Him, whom do we worship?

If we contend, we worship the father of contention.

If we kill, we worship the father of killing.

If we commit adultery, or any manner of lasciviousness, then we clearly worship the father of such filthiness.

If we do not forgive, then we do not worship the Father of Forgiveness!

Whom do you emulate/worship?

Sweet Grace

Living in an area where temperatures stay below zero for 5-6 months of the year, can be quite challenging at times. It can be hard on people, and vehicles as well. One day in a December past, a couple of our people had some difficulty and needed to get to the hospital. This was just after a cold snap and being snowed in for about a week, the weather warmed up, the snow plow came by, and the car started. It was a godsend.

Off they went to the hospital, about an hour and forty-five minutes away. It was a long drive, everyone praying with as much faith as they could muster. They did safely get to the hospital and were admitted.

It was late at night when leaving the hospital and a storm had moved in. The temperature was only around -12C, with wet snow falling fast. The driver ran out to the parking lot to bring the car to the hospital door, but something had gone wrong with the car.

The driver tried again and again to start the car, but it just would not start. With all the cold and wet, the engine would not even turn over! It was a scary situation: What would he do with his passengers? How would he get them home? Who could he call for help in this strange city? He turned to prayer, asking Father what to do. And the sweet small voice came: Put it in second, and it will start. The driver moved the gearshift to second, and started the car. It started right up!

It may have been a small grace for outsiders, but after all the stress of getting to the hospital, and going through incredible trama, it was a sweet grace that showed Heavenly Father was still paying close attention to our lives, even during those extreme situations of loss and terror.

The driver wiped away the tears and squinted to see the road through the storm, as he pulled up to the hospital doors to pick up the grieving passengers.

Even through times of great sorrow, our Heavenly Parents are there watching us, helping us, grieving right along side us. May the Lord be blessed forever!

Are You A Mormon, Or What?

I have been asked a few questions about my Mormon heritage and Mormon beliefs, so I figured I would jot a few things down.

Since this blog is primarily directed towards a Mormon audience, and since there are so many different Mormon churches, and different Mormon beliefs, there is no way I can address them all, so I will just rattle off a few things.

I am a regular, old school Mormon boy, I believe in keeping the commandments, going to church, meeting together often, going to the temple, keeping the temple covenants, feeding the poor, etc., etc.

I am part of a ministry where we feed and house the poor, and help get people education and employment, etc.

I believe in the Book of Mormon, the original Book of Mormon.

I am not LDS, and I do not believe in many of their precepts.  Nor do I get caught up in any of the new Mormon movements on the internet.  In fact, my preference is to the original Book of Mormon, and old school Mormonism.  I began this blog to share the results of living original Mormonism, and that is what I have posted here.  The many, many real-life miracles that are posted here are a direct result of living old school Mormonism.  I have not included much on this blog in the way of doctrine, just a little, since I am not out to argue with anyone about their beliefs.  It has been my intent from the beginning, just to share these results, so that perhaps it may encourage someone in their faith.

That is about it.

Have a great day, everyone!

His Disciples

"If ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me."
How often do we quote this scripture?  How often have we done things unto the Saviour?

If we do anything to anyone, then we do it to the Saviour!  If we say anything about anyone, then we say it about the Saviour!  If we think anything about anyone, then we think it about our Saviour!  If we feel anything about anyone, then we feel it about our Saviour!

Good or bad, no matter the excuse, we did it to the Saviour.
"They did it first.  I did not start it.  They were picking on me.  They deserved it.  They did this...  They did that..."
All lousy excuses to hurt the Lord!

If we love each other in the exact way Messiah loved, then, and only then, are we His disciples!

Hypothetical Questions

If you ask me a hypothetical question, do not suppose that you will get anything other than a hypothetical answer.

I often receive hypothetical questions, which have no basis in reality.  And when I give an hypothetical answer, the receiver attempts to twist it into some sort of reality.

To prove a hypothesis, one must be able to isolate the factors and reproduce the results.  The hypothetical query is not proven by personal thoughts or feelings.  To assume anything else is pride and consequently failure!

If you ask a hypothetical question, understand the answer must also be hypothetical, until isolated and proven to be reproduceable.

Signs That Follow

Well, I should get to posting again. And what better way to start off with a rather bold look at one of the saving graces offered by the Lord! I love helping people see what the Saviour is offering, and how to achieve it, so they can access that promise.

Since we have had questions and comments on all the "interesting" things being taught on the internet, and all the new ideas and new doctrines being promoted, I thought I would get right down to the nitty gritty, so the pure in heart may see God.
“And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues, they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, He was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.”
~ Mark 16:17-22
Often, when people do not get the results promised in scripture, they change the scriptures by applying a new meaning, so they do not feel so bad about themselves for not following the Gospel the Messiah taught.

Because they do not get the results promised in scripture, they promote their various beliefs and doctrines, and share their conclusions and suppositions of the various interesting things they find and connect in scripture, as if they were prophets giving revelation to the people, all to enlarge their vanity and cover the fact that they do not believe the Gospel taught by the Saviour, verified by the fact that they do not get the results promised by the Saviour to all those who believe. All of this is done in an effort to cover their refusal to follow the Saviour's programme, so they can follow after the desires of their own hearts. Because ALL who actually follow the Saviour's programme, get the results the Saviour promised!

One of the most apparent signs of those who do not get the results the Saviour has promised is, they change or ignore whatever rules they have to, so they can make-believe they are doing good. Often, those who do not have the signs the Saviour said would follow those who believe, they change those signs, and claim other worldly results are the signs that were promised. But, their actions, and the suffering of others around them, always reveal their true identity.

Do not be discouraged; do not be deceived. Just because there are many people who promote those false doctrines, and they justify their way so convincingly, they still do not have the results the Saviour promised, therefore, either they, or the Saviour is lying. Which one is lying? Which one has the results the Saviour promised; the Saviour, or them??? The truth is pretty easy to see.

Doubt not, but be believing. Believe; actually follow the Saviour’s teachings, and you will have those signs following. Those who believe the Saviour, will actually live the way the Saviour taught, and will have the signs He promised.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.”
~ John 3:16
The Lord loves us so much that He taught us how to live in the correct way so that we can have eternal life! All those who live in the way the Lord taught will have eternal life. How do you know if you are living the way the Lord taught? Because, the signs the Lord promised will follow you. In other words, all those who have these promised signs following them, will have eternal life with the Saviour!

So, do not be discouraged nor deceived, follow what the Saviour taught, and you will have eternal life, confirmed unto you by the signs following, promised by the Saviour Himself!

By Their Fruits Shall Ye Know Them

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance,…”
~ Galatians 5:22-23

Several times, in the writings of Paul, he names off many of the fruits of the Spirit of God. These fruits of the Spirit of God are things like Love, Joy, Peace, etc. If these are the fruits of the Holy Spirit of God, then what are the fruits of the devil???

The fruits of following an evil spirit must be the opposite of following the Holy Spirit of God. Therefore, the fruits of the devil would be things like hatred, anger, hurting people, contention, arguing, murmuring, complaining, upset, grumpy, impatient, refuse to help, not willing to suffer for someone, refuse to care, being bad, saying bad things about someone, gossiping, withholding, taking, dishonesty, cheating, adultery, breaking your word, not keeping your word, covenant breaker, roughness, harshness, not being careful, indulgent, intemperate, spazing, greedy, saying rude things, finding fault with others, saying they do it too, you know it is wrong, but you do it anyway; and the list goes on.

If a person is doing any of these things, then they do NOT have the Spirit of God, but they are following the spirit of a devil! No person is justified before God in doing any of these things. In fact, those who do these things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

All is not lost! If you find yourself following this evil spirit then repent. Stop doing these things and start following the Holy Spirit of God, by loving people out here, not just in your head or in your heart, but out here as well. And after love, Joy, uplift people, spread peace, be patient and longsuffering with people, be gentle, be helpful, spread goodness wherever you go, be faithful to all, be meek, be temperate, look only to spread goodness wherever you go. This is the Spirit of Holiness. Plant this tree, and only produce the good fruit of the Spirit of God!

Comfortable

I have been thinking about this concept of being comfortable.  People finding a church, or a group of like minded people, who have the same or similar beliefs, with which a person can be comfortable.  And I find this interesting, because if a person does not like what is written in the scriptures, they try to change the meaning of what is written, so they can feel comfortable.  And they find another group of people or a church, which has the same changed meaning of the scriptures, so they can feel comfortable together.

It is ironic, people want to be good and follow the Lord, and yet if there is something in the scriptures that they do not want to do, they find as many excuses as they possibly can, of why they do not have to do it.  And if they cannot find a suitable excuse, they change the definition of what they are instructed to do.  That way they can still say they are doing what they are supposed to do, and try to not feel bad about why they are not doing it.

But, I am a person who believes in the bottom line.  I only believe in results.  How can I feel comfortable if I do not get the results that are promised by the Lord in the scriptures.  Therein is the problem.  All these places where people go to feel comfortable with their beliefs, they do not get the results of what is promised in the scriptures.  What is the Point?  If the Lord comes and says:  You will get this if you follow me.  And if a person does not get what the Lord has promised, then that person is not following the Lord.  If the Lord comes and says:  If the members of my Church, who live in such and such a way, they will get these blessings.  Now if you or your church do not get those blessings, then you are not living the way the Lord said.  What is the point of making a church that does not follow the Lord?  Or in other words, what is the point of making a church that does not get the results the Lord has promised, and therefore proves that that church is not the Lord’s church?

If you are not getting the results the Lord promised, then you are not following the Lord’s Gospel, so what is the point of making another church?  Why go?  You are not doing it right, because you are not getting the results.  If you are not getting the results, you are obviously not following the Lord.  So, if you are not following the Lord, why make a church, or a group of like minded people to deceive yourselves?  When people do not get the results the Lord promised, they are not following the Lord, they have changed the doctrine.  They have changed the Gospel.  They have changed the ordinances.

And how can a person tell if the church/group/person has changed the ordinances, or are following the wrong ordinances????

Because they do not get the results promised by the Lord!

I just do not understand why a person would want to go to a church/group/religion that does not get the results promised by the Lord?

You have a right to believe any way you like, but if your beliefs do not bare the correct results that the Saviour said, then what is the point?  You are only deceiving yourself and others.

Instead, go to the Lord and like minded people of the Lord, who get the results the Lord promised.  Humble yourselves enough to learn from them, and get the same results the Lord promised for yourself.  Blessed are those who come down into the depths of humility, and learn from their fellow man.

Alma 16 - Planting The Seed

What if you had a craving for muffins?

And you have tried many recipes in your life, and none of those recipes made muffins that satisfied you?

What if someone showed up and said they had a recipe direct from the Lord, and you noticed that they were always satisfied, and enjoying their muffins. What if they offered to share that recipe with you?

What if you just could not bring yourself to follow that recipe, the whole thing is just too suspicious. You have tried so many recipes in your life, and you just do not have the energy to keep trying. What do you do?

But this recipe is claimed to have come from the Lord, and all who follow it are showing good results, so you think about that. You watch and you think, and you let that curiosity work within you, until you start to desire to give it a try.

But you are cynical, and give up a few times, and change the recipe here and there (just a little), so it will not work out and you can say it was a bad recipe. They you can feel proud of yourself that you were right all along. Of course, you know you did not follow the recipe, and others are still getting the results, and you still desire to have some decent muffins, so secretly, you give the recipe another chance.

This time you follow the recipe perfectly, and you get some good results. You get wonderful muffins that taste so good! You cannot believe it, so you make up some nonsense about it just being a fluke, and throw the recipe away.

But eventually you crave those muffins again, and you search out the bakers who are following that recipe, and you ask them to share it with you. They do, and you start baking the best muffins of your life.

With time, you get better and better at following the recipe, and your muffins taste better and better!

Bearing False Witness

“There is no salvation in believing an evil report against our neighbour.”
~ Joseph Smith, Jr.
Unfortunately, there always seems to be someone saying something bad about someone.

In the scriptures, we are instructed not to gossip, nor to bear any type of false witness about anyone, yet how often do we find ourselves listening to gossip?  Why should we even contribute to such evil as to listen to it?  There is no honour in believing gossip.  There is no goodness to be found in repeating gossip.  Gossip only causes contention.

How sad it would be to be a child of the Devil, which is the father of contention!  Why would anyone want to stir up the hearts of men against one another?

Instead, let us promote peace!

Do not gossip, nor bear false witness in any way!
Do not listen to, nor contribute to gossip.
Do not break your covenants by believing an evil report about your brother.
Do not look for evil in anyone.

Be sure to completely forgive all who have ever borne false witness against you.
"Blessed are the Peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God!"
How wonderful, to be called the child of God!

Racism And Hatred

It is always so sad to me, when I hear of people putting others down because of their genetic background.  It is an unfortunate part of world society, but it does not have to be so. We can choose to interact with each other kindly, without prejudice.

"When you call yourself an Indian or a Muslim or a Christian or a European, or anything else, you are being violent.  Do you see why it is violent?  Because you are separating yourself from the rest of mankind.  When you separate yourself by belief, by nationality, by tradition, it breeds violence.  So a man who is seeking to understand violence does not belong to any country, to any religion, to any political party or partial system; he is concerned with the total understanding of mankind."

Jiddu Krisnamurti

Not many people know that I myself am not originally from the main culture of Canada.  I find it best to not to focus on things that separate people.  Although, I must admit, it does bother me when I hear people denigrating any culture.  Having travelled to many countries around the world, I find there is good in every culture, and that good far outweighs the bad.

There are so many good things in every culture, which are really all a part of the one macro-culture of the entire planet, and those good things are amazing to explore!

Complaints, Murmurings, Persecutions, Revilings

As a religious counsellor, I hear all kinds of things, from all kinds of people, and I would like to address one of these things today; it is the topic of persecutions.

Now, many members of the church do complain of "persecutions", that is nothing new.  Usually this complaint comes from people who are quite controlling and vindictive, often complaining when they do not get their way.

Yet, sometimes, a humble member comes, with tears in their eyes, asking for help and guidance, because they are being pressured by the more popular members to lower their standards, especially in the area of morality.  These humble members of the church are not so popular, because they live a higher morality, and try their best to "keep every word which proceedeth forth from the mouth of God."

Of course, this behaviour irks the popular members in just the wrong way.  They take offence to the behaviour of the faithful members, who quietly follow the Saviour, without ever saying anything against the choices of the popular members.  Then of course the popular members lash out against the humble members, bearing down in false witness against the humble followers of Christ, accusing them of unrighteously judging the popular members.  The popular members start to apply a great deal of peer pressure, and spend a great deal of effort winning over the other members of the church to their side, against all those who would keep the commandments of the Lord to such a high standard.  Of course, the hypocrisy is easily apparent to an outsider, but not so apparent to the popular members, who suffer from this solipsistic view.

The interesting phenomena is the humble member, comes for counsel, asking how to stay strong, never seeking for justice, never complaining, just asking for guidance and prayer.

Whereas the popular members come complaining, ... Often!  Often asking for justice, accusing the humble follower of persecution and all sorts of crimes, etc.  The most common justification of the popular members is:  Everyone is allowed to have their own opinion (Everyone, that is, except the humble followers of Messiah!)

To the humble followers, those who do not revile back, only humbly continue to follow the Saviour, I say:  Do not be discouraged.  You are loved by God.  Continue to pray for those who revile, persecute, and say all manner of evil against you falsely for the Lord's sake.  The Father sees you, and you will have place with the prophets in heaven.  Keep the Faith!

Passover/Last Supper

I have not been posting much on my blogs, forum, or social media this past week, on account of all the preparations for the Passover/Resurrection celebration.

It is at this time of year, which we celebrate the ordinance of Passover, which was a foundational ordinance of the sacrifice of the Only Begotten Son of God. It is at this time which we celebrate not only the Saviour living each day for us and dying for us, but also showing us the way back to the Father, even overcoming death by His triumphant resurrection! This wonderful gift is offered to all those who will repent and live as the Saviour lived. What an amazing promise!

Tonight, we will be having the Passover meal, the Last Supper, and our hearts will be fully drawn out in thanks for our Lord and our Saviour, even Yeshua the Messiah, for overcoming all things, thereby teaching us how to overcome all things as well.

See you tonight,
and May God be with you!

O Lord, I Will Praise Thee Forever!

"When I desire to rejoice, my heart groaneth because of my sins."

How many of us feel as Nephi?  We want so much to rejoice, to sing songs of everlasting praise to our Heavenly Father, but we feel so sad because of our frailties, our weaknesses, our shortcomings, our sins.  And yet, here is Nephi, an amazing prophet who stood up for righteousness, and was a true servant of God, and yet he felt the same way we feel!  How could Nephi feel the same way we feel?  Is it not because he is the same as us?  Has he not gone through the same and in some things more than us?

Nephi may lament his weaknesses, but then goes on to tell us how he overcomes those feelings of inadequacy and how we can also.

"My God hath been my support.  He hath led me through mine afflictions... He hath preserved me... He hath filled me with His love... He hath heard my cry by day, and he hath given me knowledge by visions in the night time... By day I have waxed bold in mighty prayer before Him... "

Do we remember how much the Lord has done for us?  Do we remember all the times we have been filled with His love, surrounded by angels, and filled with the Holy Ghost?

If we have felt so much love, so much of the Redeeming Love of the Saviour. If the Lord has visited us in so much mercy, why should our hearts weep? Why should we linger in sorrow? Let us instead shout as Nephi:
"Rejoice O my Heart!  And Cry unto the Lord, and say:  O Lord, I will praise thee forever.  Yea, my soul will rejoice in Thee, my God, and the Rock of my Salvation! ... I will lift up my voice unto Thee!  I will cry unto Thee, my God, the Rock of my righteousness.  Behold, my voice shall forever ascend up unto Thee, my Rock and mine Everlasting God.  Amen."
Let us sing praises unto our God!  Let us feel happy in our God, the Rock of our Salvation, even Jesus Christ, our Lord and our Redeemer!

Sober Thoughts

Sometimes I have thought to unburden my soul.  I realize this is not for everyone, but I do not know that perhaps it may be of use to someone.  The command to come out of the world, to escape Babylon, is a real command.  Too often this command is slighted, and too often the terrible effects of Babylon are seen among those who ought to be Saints!  You wonder why you have such a difficult time in following the Lord, and in seeking His face, yet this is easily seen.  It is because you seek the world, with all it's worldly blessings.  Seek no more the world.  Seek no more to partake of her evils.  Because you seek after pride, vanity, their acceptance, their accolades, you place these things between you and your God, and therefore can never get your heart to be faithful to Father.

You wonder why you struggle all your life, and never seem to get comfortable.  You struggle because your hearts are not truly set upon Father.  You covet the things of the world, drugs, alcohol, coffee, tea, caffeine, sugars, and other stimulants, depressants, and medications, etc.  Because you covet Babylonian fashions, music, mannerisms, heritage, and cultures, you suffer the consequences of these things.

Give up your claim on the world.  Seek no more after the cultural heritage of your people.  Set your hearts upon the Lord.  Gather with the Saints, and build up Zion!  Never again put your hand to the plow for Babylon.  Organize yourselves as a family, as the Family of God!  Do not argue, do not covet, do not seek for a higher position.  Instead be meek, be humble, be helpful, be industrious in caring for each other!

Give to each other more than you give to yourself.  Do not take, but contribute willingly and in abundance.  Do not look for fault in each other.  Do not notice the person who is not doing what they are supposed to be doing, instead seek Yeshua Messiah.  Be the perfect example of Yeshua, so you may gain His Holy presence.  For it is in the being, that He will call you to Himself, and embrace you in your humility!

Being like Him, copying Him, imitating Him, reflecting Him, doing as He would do, this is the Way.  This is the Only way!  Do not compromise, not even a little.  Be happy, be helpful, spread goodness, spread kindness, carry each other's sins.  Freely ye have received, freely give.  Be the Saviour!

Healing - A Tool Of Conversion II?

It is the Lord who heals, not you.
You are just the vessel through which the Lord works, it is not you.
I do not believe you are the one healing, it is the Lord, NOT YOU!

How often do we hear these words?

It is true, it is ALWAYS the Lord who heals.  We are only His servants, invested to do His work.  Yet I have found, those who come for healing, and repeat these things, are often trying to create a distance between the doctrine that is taught, and the Lord healing them.  This helps them excuse themselves from living the doctrine, so they can keep their sins, and yet, they still want to be healed by the Lord.  Because they do not want to repent and follow the doctrine, they are not faithful, and therefore usually not healed.  Although, I have seen some healed, who later decided to stop adapting to the new doctrine, only to have their sickness return!

This pride, this vanity is what is blocking you from healing.  This pride and vanity is what is blocking you from getting to the Lord!  All that is left is to make excuses of why, after all these years, you are still no closer to seeing the Lord than when you first began.

The answer is to humble yourself to the true doctrine of the Lord, the doctrine which gets the results.  All else is just deception.

Healing - A Tool Of Conversion?

Every once in a while, someone hears about the healings that go on in our church, and they come to see for themselves. Some folk come for healing, others come to watch. Some who need healing are very humble and very meek, and they receive the healing they so much desire. Others who need healing are so filled with pride and vanity, they come demanding that they be healed, or they will not believe, therefore, they usually do not heal. It is a simple formula. Those who are meek, who believe, who are humble enough to change their lives, they heal. On the contrary, those who demand to be healed first, before they believe, are not. Is your pride really worth that much? Does it really make you feel better to have your suffering all your life, just so that you can keep your vanity? Approach the Son of God in both meekness and humility, a broken heart and contrite spirit, with complete belief and perfect faithfulness, and He will heal you!
